We want you to be completely satisfied with your Rubber Mulch purchase for your landscaping or playground project. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return window for unused, palletized products in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions.

• 2.
  Prepare the Shipment

  Ensure the mulch is securely contained in its original bags and restacked on the shipping pallet, as we can only accept returns that are safely secured for freight transport.

• 3.
  Schedule the Pickup

  Once your return is authorized, we will coordinate with a freight carrier to pick up the pallet from your curbside or driveway at a scheduled time.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned material to confirm it is clean and unused, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking and freight fees.
